Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond or peanut butter
- 1/3 cup almond butter powder
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt plus more for sprinkling
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, almond butter and almond powder.r Mix until combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly.
- In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate over the yogurt mixture, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top.
- Place the tray in the freezer and let it set for at least 2-3 hours, or until completely frozen.
