Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp buffalo sauce
- 2–3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp hemp hearts
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel.
- Mix mayonnaise and buffalo sauce together in a small bowl.
- Coat the salmon evenly with the mayo-buffalo mixture.
- Press breadcrumbs onto the coated salmon until fully covered.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
- While the salmon cooks, massage spinach with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Plate the spinach and sprinkle with hemp hearts.
- Top the salad with the crispy buffalo salmon and serve immediately.
