Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp buffalo sauce
  • 2–3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp hemp hearts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel.
Mix mayonnaise and buffalo sauce together in a small bowl.
Coat the salmon evenly with the mayo-buffalo mixture.
Press breadcrumbs onto the coated salmon until fully covered.
Air fry for 10–12 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
While the salmon cooks, massage spinach with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Plate the spinach and sprinkle with hemp hearts.
