  What sizes does Dole crushed pineapple come in? Available in 20oz. and 8oz.
  So you probably should use 2 each of 20 oz cans undrained for this recipe.

  I have been making this recipe for years and have always only used one 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple (undrained) and one can of cherry pie filling mix. I think 2 cans each would make it too runny. BTW, I don't put blueberries in mine. Too many flavors competing with each other.

  To Darlene -- I'm guessing that the blueberries are the reason you can use 2 cans of crushed pineapple. Blueberries contain a lot of natural pectin and the heat will cause the liquids to thicken naturally. If you omit the blueberries it probably is a better idea of use only one can of crushed pineapple.
