This key lime pie is not only delicious but is also so simple to make.
Taking a couple of short cuts such as using a store bought graham cracker pie crust and whip cream saves so much time when making this pie, and the outcome is just as yummy.
This key lime pie is perfectly sweet, tangy and refreshing making it the perfect dessert for your next get summertime get together.
Simply mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, pour into crust, bake for 10 minute and leave to cool in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Serve with whip cream for the perfect summertime treat!

Recipe details
Ingredients
- 1 premade graham cracker crust
- 3/4 cup of lime juice (I use Nellie & Joes Key West Lime Juice)
- 28 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- zest of 2 limes (or 4 key limes)
- 1 container of Whip Cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Mix sour cream, lime juice, and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl.
- Stir in zest of limes (or key limes)
- Pour into a the graham cracker crust
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Allow to cool and place in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- Top with whip cream and serve!
Tips
- Keep leftovers in refrigerator for up to 5 days
