My pepperoni pizza sliders feature zesty tomato sauce and gooey cheese inside super buttery rolls. These put all the flavor of a slice of pizza into the palm of your hand are are perfect for parties.
Just like our bacon cheeseburger sliders these easy pizza sliders are a great for parties, potlucks, and reunions too. They're melty, buttery, and so easy to make. I love making them for an easy dinner with a simple caesar pasta salad on the side too. They're also sure to be the MVP of your game day party. Assemble, bake, and watch them disappear from your buffet!
- Rolls: I used Pepperidge Farm butter slider rolls. You could also use Hawaiian rolls for a hint of sweetness.
- Pizza Sauce: I'm partial to Del Grosso's Pappy Fred's sauce. It is thick and chunky.
- Cheese: Use freshly shredded cheese if possible. It doesn't have fillers like potato starch that can interfere with smooth melting.
- Black Olives: Drain well and pat dry with paper towels to avoid soggy rolls.
- Oregano: You can also use Italian seasoning or leave this off if you're not a fan like Meat Man.

- Use a Serrated Knife: This will effortlessly slice through the rolls for equal halves.
