Easy Rigatoni Pasta and Frozen Meatballs in the Crock Pot
I another quick dinner in the crock pot! Like I said, I have recently fallen back in love with my crock pot. Between the cooler weather and being back from maternity leave, it has really been a life save to feed all the growing mouths I got!
These were the meatballs I used but any would do and come already fully cooked.
I threw some frozen meatballs in a crock pot with some spinach and butter and cooked it all on high for 4 hours. (or low for 8)
Once it was cooked I added some lemon and garlic as well.
Separately, I cooked some pasta. I think I could have cooked it in the crock pot as well by adding it half way through and a cup of water. I will probably try that next time to avoid having more dishes to clean.
Mixed it all together and enjoyed with a little parmesan cheese on top.
Kids and adults we not unimpressed.
