5 Minute Cranberry Basil Goat Cheese Crackers
My teen daughters and I adore goat cheese. We also like to binge watch shows together on Netflix. When we do watch our shows, I like to throw together a quick appetizer or snack that we can share.
That's how I came up with one of favorite newest snacks, cranberry basil goat cheese crackers.
These cranberry basil goat cheese crackers are so delicious, but simple to put together. They disappear quickly!
Creating these tasty and flavorful appetizers could’t be easier! To make these, just spoon a little herbed goat cheese onto each cracker and cover each cracker with a sprinkling of dried cranberries and shredded fresh basil. (I actually use lightly dried basil - it comes in a small container in the grocery aisle - from Target.)
That’s it! My daughters and I really enjoy these quick to prepare, but delicious little bites!
