Another yummy air fryer recipe! These fish cakes can also be pan fried or baked in the oven, but air frying requires less oil and cooks fastest. I loved fish sticks growing up and they were really the only fish I would ever eat (back when I was a picky eater!) While these taste similar, but are a healthier homemade alternative. You could serve these as an appetizer or even as a main course. Use any white fish for this recipe such as tilapia (this is what I used), haddock, halibut, cod, etc. Serve with a delicious lemon shallot aoili (recipe below), tartar sauce, or ketchup. Don't forget the fresh lemon slices!

The nutrition information is "per serving". How many fish cakes are considered a serving?
Looks yummy!
Could these be made in an air fryer? Any suggestions?
