Vidalia Onion Dip

Calling all onion lovers! This dip is for you, loaded with chunks of sweet Vidalia onions, cheese and creamy mayonnaise, this is one recipe you need to make for your next holiday or gathering with friends.

Start by dicing up 2 1/2 cups of Vidalia onions, not too small and not to big

Place the diced onion in a mixing bowl and add 2 1/4 cups mayonnaise

Add in 8 oz of Italian style shredded cheese

And one teaspoon Italian seasoning

Mix it all together and spoon into a pie plate oven safe dish

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Triscuit crackers go great with this dip.

For the vidalia onion dip
  • 2 1/2 cups Vidalia onions chopped

Instructions
