Ingredients
Only 3 ingredients
  • 1 block Silken Tofu
  • 12gr Dark cocoa powder
  • 25gr Erythritol
Instructions

Once you've drained the tofu and gathered all the ingredients, simply add them to your food processor. Blend them together at high speed, and voilà! In no time at all, you'll have a delectable and heavenly chocolate mousse that not only tastes amazing but is also healthy and diet-friendly.
For immediate indulgence, you can enjoy the mousse straight away. However, if you desire an even creamier and more decadent experience, allow the mousse to rest in the refrigerator for an hour. This extra time allows the flavors to meld together, resulting in a velvety-smooth texture and an intensified chocolate taste.

I read an article about Erythritol and it is a bad thing to use.

Just substitute sugar for the erythritol or whatever sweetener you prefer.

I think I wouldn’t make this because of the sugar substitute.

I have never used any sugar sweetener previously, so I didn't know what to expect I ordered some and made this mousse. I was surprised beyond belief because it is really good. I got a good 3.5 parfait cups from this recipe. I am going to double it next time so there is more of this deliciousness.

There are only 3 now because I couldn't help myself and ate the .5 of the parfait cup before it fully set. Seriously good and no aftertaste.
