What you need for Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Fudge
This healthy peanut butter and jelly protein fudge is actually made with a few simple ingredients and has no condensed milk or marshmallow or any form of sugar!
Here’s some more details:
- Creamy Peanut Butter! I used American Dream Nut Butter Grandma’s Peanut Butter Fudge Peanut Butter; It actually tastes like a brownie! ADNB also has a lot of other flavors that would go perfect here. Code HAYLSKITCHEN gets you a discount!
- Peanut Butter Powder, also known as Powdered Peanut Butter. I recommend Lakanto for a sugar free version (the code HAYLSKITCHEN gives you a discount). Or you could use the one from PbFit too.
- Vanilla Protein Powder – for high protein fudge recipe, and also replace the sweetener.
- I recommend ProteinWorld Vanilla for this recipe to keep it sugar free; Use the code HAYLSKITCHEN for a discount.
- Another option would be Quest.
- Coconut Flour
And for the Protein Jam in this PB&J Fudge
- Fresh (or frozen) Raspberries or Strawberries or other berries
- Vanilla Protein Powder – I recommend ProteinWorld Vanilla here too; Use the code HAYLSKITCHEN for a discount.
- Some Unflavored Collagen for more protein – I use the one from Further Foods (HAYLSKITCHEN gives you a discount)
- Stevia Sweetener (or monkfruit or other sweetener)
