For an easy and light snack, try this blueberry Greek yogurt bark recipe. My kids love making it and eating it. They like to get creative with different flavors.
For this recipe, we used blueberry Greek yogurt and blueberries. You can use any flavor of yogurt and add different berries.
You can also add almonds or pistachios on top of the yogurt with the fruit.
We don't usually add any sweetener. You can use unflavored Greek yogurt and add jelly or jam for flavor and sweetness. Have fun experimenting with this. You can make a lot of different flavor combinations.
