With only 5 ingredients, these cookies are healthy and perfect for meal prepping in advance. Trust me, you will want to save this recipe for weekend baking! You will definitely have all the ingredients in your pantry so there's no excuse hehe. Side note: You can sub the coconut sugar for any other sugar you like!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat the egg with the peanut butter and sugar.
- Fold in the coconut flour and chocolate chips.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Tips
- You can sub coconut sugar for any other sugar
- You can use walnuts, any nuts, etc!

Can we use regular all purpose flour?
