Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup instant oats
  • 2 Large Ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with wax paper.
Mash bananas in a large bowl using a fork
Mix all ingredients in with the bananas
Spoon dough into 12 cookies on a baking sheet
Bake for 12-15 minutes and enjoy!
