Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup instant oats
- 2 Large Ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with wax paper.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl using a fork
- Mix all ingredients in with the bananas
- Spoon dough into 12 cookies on a baking sheet
- Bake for 12-15 minutes and enjoy!
