- Brownie Mix: Use any brownie mix that you’ve tried before or that you trust for this Halloween brownies recipe. I love Dark chcolate as many of you know, So I have used Dark chocolate version of brownie mix. You can also bake your own brownies from scratch if you like.
- Eggs: To bind the brownie mix, you will need two eggs at room temperature.
- Avocado Oil: Avocado oil will also be used in the brownie batter. Can be substituted with extra virgin olive oil, grapeseed oil, or peanut oil.
- Water: Add three tablespoons of water to the brownie batter for achieving the desired consistency.
- Marshmallows: Use fresh marshmallows to make ghosts for the halloween brownies. I recomment regular marshmallows not the mini ones. You can use sugar-free or vegan marshmallows as well.
- White Chocolate Chips or White Candy Melts: For the ghost dressing, you will need either white chocolate chips or white candy melts.
- Candy Eyes: Black candy melts or mini chocolate chips are required for making the ghost eyes.
