    Hello can I ask re the cup of suger ..it states 1 5/8 ..apologies for sounding dim but how do you work out 5/8 in a cup..im used to ounces, lbs and grammes etc. Does the cup come in set sizes and it is one 5/8 isnt it and not 15/8. Im in the UK so not used to working in cups.
