You will love these Heavenly Hunk Bars! All you need is 7 simple ingredients to make these easy-no bake chocolate chip oat squares that are my copycat version of Heavenly Hunks from Costco! They are easy to whip up and are a healthy and delicious snack that your family will love! They are also vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free. Heavenly Hunks Copycat (Chocolate Chip Oat Bites)
Recipe details
Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats divided
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup agave syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 up cashew butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a small blender or food processor, grind 1 1/3 cup of your oats into a fine powder.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground oats with the remaining oats, coconut flakes, , and salt
- In a small bowl, mix the agave syrup, melted coconut oil and cashew butter until fully combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Press the batter into a 9x9 parchment lined pan and freeze it for 1-2 hours. Cut into squares.
- Store them in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
