No Bake Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
Do you love easy recipes? This no bake cheesecake chocolate chip is so easy to make with just 4 items. You can see more of my crazy creations here
Ingredients needed:
- No Bake Chocolate Chip Cheese Cake Mix (use code CrazyChas for discount!)
- Oreos
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 tub Cool Whip
HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS
I placed the oreos in the bottom of the pan.
You could break them up if you like, I just use the quick method as the moisture of the other ingredients will soften the oreos for cutting and serving.
I placed the cream cheese, no-bake chocolate chip cheesecake mix, and the Cool Whip in a bowl.
I used my emulsion mixer to get started. This would help me break up the cream cheese. I wasn’t sure when I bought my emulsion mixer if it was a good investment. I can tell you I use it way more than I thought! Scrambled eggs, puree soups, homemade hummus, etc.
I finished stirring with a spoon.
I placed the mixture on top of the oreos.
You can eat immediately if you like. I placed mine in the refrigerator to allow those oreos to soak up the moisture.
My family loved this easy no-bake chocolate chip cheesecake.
Feel free to embellish the top, as you can see I added an additional Oreo to each slice I served.
