Vibrant Blueberry Pancake Oat Milk Smoothie
I don’t know about you, but I love a tall stack of blueberry pancakes! However, I’m often on-the-go so don’t have time to stand in front of the stove all morning flipping said pancakes. Enter in the blueberry pancake smoothie! A delicious, oat milk smoothie that incorporates vibrant blueberry, banana, maple syrup, and oats. The recipe comes together in minutes, so it is all of the flavors of pancakes without all of the work. Pour into a glass and start your day!
Lactose Free Smoothies
When my gut is happy, my entire body is happy! For as long as I can remember, I’ve struggled with gut issues. Probiotic drinks that are low in lactose (or even lactose free), have become an important staple in my day to day. I have been a fan of kefir for a long time, specifically Lifeway Kefir, and I am so excited that the brand now offers oat milk.
The oat milk provides the probiotic benefits of kefir without the lactose. It is made with organic oats and has 10 live and active vegan cultures per serving. As an added bonus, the blueberry maple flavor is AMAZING.
I plan to provide more recipes featuring oat milk. In the meantime, I have several, delicious kefir bakes available for you to check out now:
