No, I did not blend mango sticky rice into my smoothie blender. I took my favorite flavors from the Thai classic mango sticky rice dessert and put it into the blender - it turned out delicious! This recipe was so easy and much healthier and lower calorie than the traditional mango sticky rice dessert. I recently rediscovered condensed milk and how it enhances most fruit desserts and personally, I only add a little bit and it goes a long way. Condensed milk, mango, rice milk, etc. and this turned out delicious.

I like my smoothies thicker so I always use a boba straw!

Ingredients
Mango Sticky Rice Smoothie
- 1-2 cups frozen mango
- 1/2 cup rice milk
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp condensed milk
- 1 scoop unflavored protein powder
Instructions
Mango Sticky Rice Smoothie
- In a smoothie maker, blend all ingredients together
- Enjoy!
Tips
- You can also use fresh mango, but then you would need ice and the smoothie might turn out watery
- Feel free to add boosts or another frozen fruit, but this recipe tastes most like mango sticky rice
