You've probably had a pumpkin spice latte, but this takes it to a new level. The pumpkin spice is balanced by the white chocolate for a delicious coffee creamer recipe.
Not only is this easy to make, but it's also easy to make sugar free or even dairy free! The white chocolate chips do have sugar and dairy, so you'll have to sub them for sugar free white chocolate or dairy free white chocolate.
I use coconut sugar or stevia to make my coffee creamers sugar free.
This is delicious in hot coffee or in cold coffee. I make iced coffee and use this when the weather is warmer. It's delicious either way!
